Want to give your business, service, or blog more exposure, a new platform and an expanded audience?
We are creating a Savor the Success blog that follows five women who declare a goal and take inspired action steps to accomplish it by a certain date.
Readers will read about how you tackle the challenges, what steps you decide to take (or not take), who helps you, what vendors you use, your struggles, and your successes.
Ultimately, we are hoping for your success, but it's the process that is at the heart of this blog.
We are looking for female entrepreneurs who:
- have a stylish and intelligent writing voice
- have a project goal that they can accomplish in measureable, documentable steps (see example below)
- will update at least 3 times / week (you are going to have a big following and they want to hear from you!)
- enjoy opening up the process to other females who will be learning from your progress
- are willing to share findings, reviews (good and bad), and photos
- can be frank and honest about the ebbs and flows of being a business woman
Examples of a measureable project:
I'm preparing for a tradeshow on November, 2008.
I'm working on getting a book proposal done by December, 2008.
I want to be making money from my blog within the next four months.
I will increase my sales by x% by January 1, 2009.
Blogging style
While personal blogging is all about rants and ramblings, this should
be informative and short-and-sweet so that your readers can learn from
your process.
An entry should be around 200 words (lots of white space) and dedicated to one particular step. There should be a lot of photos to document your journey, so you may need to get a camera if you don't already have one!

While we'd love to have everyone involved, we can only accept five projects from different industries at this time. If we think there is a match, we will ask you to email us a sample blog entry using our blogging guidelines.
