    Exciting News!

    April 16, 2009

My ebooks are finally for sale!  My new site (http://www.why-the-heck.com) is finally up and running!  I'm so EXCITED!!!

Ok, calm down, Deena.  Breathe.  Whew!

    Now explain...

As many of you know, I have been working on an ebook series called "Why The Heck Should I do That?" for quite some time.  (Actually, I've been finished with the first two books for over a month.)

I've been waiting for my tech guy to build my site.  Ho hum...

Have I mentioned that my husband is my tech guy?  And that site design is not his full time job?  Right.  So hard to get good help these days…LOL!  (Actually, he's really great and I'm grateful that he's able to help me.)

    But it's done!  YAY!

For those of you who haven't been following the saga here on STS, let me fill you in...

How did "Why The Heck" happen?

I saw a need that wasn't being filled.

How many times have you been told as an entrepreneur just starting out (or even not just starting out) that you needed to do X to protect your business?  And you asked yourself, "Why the heck should I do that?"

And the idea for an ebook series that discusses some of the most common misconceptions told to entrepreneurs by well-meaning friends, family and other professionals was born.

I believe that education is vital for any businessperson.  You should always make your own decisions about what is right for you, your family and your business.  But in order to do that, you need to really understand the topics.

And I wanted to make sure that real people could understand them.  So, I wrote them in language that is easy to understand and entertaining.  They're books that you, hopefully, will really enjoy.

I wrote the first two books about the two topics that I hear about the most.  The first book is called, "Should I Organize My Company in Delaware or Nevada" and the second is, "Should I Register My Trademark".

As an initial offer, I'm offering the trademark book free to the first 100 people.  After you read the first book, I'm sure you'll want to read others.

Please let me know what you think... I'd love to hear from you.  I'm so excited and I hope you like the books.

If you have topics you'd like to see books on, I'm always open to suggestions…
