I could feel like a pest right now, but I am choosing not to. I offered one of our retailers a semi-exclusive opportunity to participate in a promotional opportunity that will not cost them a dime yet drive sales, and they have yet to respond by the deadline provided.
Questions going through my head: is the offer not enticing enough (one of my other retailers replied so we think it is)? Do they have bigger fish to fry? Either way, I need to move forward. My solution: I just gave them one more friendly reminder and a final deadline. If they do not respond, they will know that I gave them first right of refusal but that I had to move forward with another retailer due to the timely nature of executing the promotion.
No pests allowed. Keep charging forward with delicate persistency.
