Pumpkin Pie Bars, excellent treat from Joy the Baker. Research for my fall blog!
At first glance, this link may be the most boring thing you have ever clicked on. But if you take the extra second to head down to number 81 of Wordpress's Top 100 fastest growing blogs, you will see why I am so excited.
I MADE THE LIST YESTERDAY! HOLY COW! YAAAAAAAYYYYYY! Another Best Day Ever!
I could go through my usual list of why I think things are working now. We all know how I feel about Twitter, Facebook, myspace, etc. But the circle of talented dear friends I have made over the years is the most important social networking tool of them all. Corny, but true.
You all remember The Darkness a few weeks back when I was bombarded with nasty comments. It was important to me that I countered he/she's negativity with some Sarahcentric love. That's why I came up with my Fall Maximumm Comfort Manifesto. I wanted to celebrate a few of the wonderful people in my life who are also making their own mark in the world. Donna Tine's photography has made so many people feel attractive and confident. Maura Madden's Crafternoon parties and book are the most wholesome, hilarious fun you could have. Kim's coffee cozies at her etsy store, The Doe and the Mouse...well, I am sorry. They are just too freaking cute!!

My coffee cozy
I realize my success yesterday was not because it was the most brilliant and witty thing I have ever written. Sarahcentric's strength comes directly from the kindness, talent and overall awesome-ness of the many excellent people who have supported me along the way. Taking the time and effort of one lil' blog entry to shine the light on just a few of them was very obviously worth it.
So let me close here by shining the light on all of you here at Savor the Success. I cannot tell you how much the support of this group has meant to me. I can't believe that all of you entrepreneurs out there who are working so hard to make your own projects a reality are willing to take time out of that schedule to check in and see how my project is coming along. It means the world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
