2 Ways to Deal with Stress

    I know that stress blocks us from our potential as entrepreneurs, people, parents, spouses, and friends. When we feel stressed out, it can sometimes be paralyzing especially for people who do it all.

    I consulted with Dr. Sharon Melnick to get some tips on how to deal with stress in a positive and proactive way. As I put more and more on my plate, I know that the best way to get through the day with joy and energy is to deal with stress and to be organized.

    1. Breathing technique that cools down your tongue - helps when you feel overwhelmed

    2. Be impeccable with your 50% in relationships - you are solely responsible for your 50% and nothing more.
