First off, I want to appologize as I have been a negligent blogger recently and I am sorry. My only excuse is that we have been super busy working on meeting our end goal for this blog! (Being the focus of a National TV Segment such as a morning show)
On monday I participated in not one, but TWO tv tapings! One was a very brief spot on MSNBC “Your Business” in their Peer-to-Peer section where i provided sage advice to other entreprenuers. I said something to the effect of:
In this economy you must be solving a problem. People will buy a product or service if it is solving a problem for them or saving them money. For example, my company www.WELLalarm.com is solving a big problem by protecting people's lives. We are the first technologically advanced emergency alert product on the market for people living with severe allergies, medical conditions and serving as an Identification Solution for children.
The show is broadcast Sundays at 7:30am EST on MSNBC with a repeat airing the following Saturday at 5:30am EST! I think you will also be able to see it online here (as i certianly hope you will be sleeping when it airs): http://www.yourbusiness.msnbc.com
They then asked me to tape another brief spot for their series on success stories!
Later that day I participated in a four part series that will apear on an ABC News Now segment with Tory Johnson. (Though it was with other companies and other people - not centered completely on WELLalarm though..That is NEXT - hopefully!) I believe it will be on starting next week as well as appear online abc. I will post details when I get them!
