Q: I'm a Premium Member. How do I get my media lists?

Q: What are referrals and how do they work?
Sending a referral on Savor the Success is easy. A member can refer a business to a prospective customer or refer a prospective customer to a business. For example, let's say you have a friend who is looking for a wedding consultant and you happened to come across a wedding consultant on Savor the Success. Go to the wedding consultant's profile page and click on the "Send a Referral" link on her page. There you will be prompted to enter the name or email of the friend that you are referring. You can also enter a referral message where you can include contact information and the reason for the referral.
You can also refer a business to another member of Savor the Success by going to the member's profile page, clicking on the "Send a Referral" link and filling in the business name or email along with a Referral Message.
It is important to note that the person sending the referral and the person receiving the referral must be members of Savor the Success.
Once a referral has been sent to another Savor the Success member, she will be notified with an email. This email will prompt her to go to the "My Referrals" page and accept the referral.
Q: How do I meet and connect with people on the Savor the Success network?

Q: How do I edit my profile?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. You can edit all of your profile information on this page. Don't forget to click "Save Profile Information" when you are finished!
Q: How do I change my email address?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, you can edit your main and secondary emails. Remember to click "Save Profile Information" when you are finished!
Q: How do I change my password?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Change Password" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account".
Q: How do I upload additional pictures to my profile?
In addition to your featured profile picture, you can add photos of your family, events, products, etc. by clicking "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Photo Gallery" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account".
Q: Can I add keywords to my profile, so it'll come up in search results better?
Yes. In fact, we encourage you to use keywords. Adding search keywords is very important for people to find you on the web.
You can add keywords to your profile by clicking on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Manage Keywords" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account". Here you can add and submit new keywords to your profile.
Q: How do suggested keywords improve my searchability on the web?
Suggested keywords are words that have been proven to drive traffic to your site. They are the words most often used by web surfers. By utilizing suggested keywords on your profile that are specific to your business, you are more likely to connect with people specifically looking for your product or service.
Q: How can I add my blog posts to my profile page?
You can add blog posts to your profile by clicking on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Manage Your Blogs" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Features". Here you have the option of starting your own Savor the Success blog or importing your existing external blog (wordpress, blogspot, blogger, etc).
Q: How can I optimize my Savor the Success profile for Google?
The way to optimize your profile is to make sure every option on the profile page is complete. It is also helpful to add a lot of specific, targeted keywords and to make sure the description is very specific to your business.
Q: How can I promote my business by adding a signature line to my posts and comments?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Add/Edit Signature" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account". Don't forget to check the "Attach Signature" checkbox below every posting form to include your signature. This is a Premium Member feature.
Q: How do I format the look of my signature?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Add/Edit Signature" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account". From here, you can change the color and basic text formatting of your signature by using the available toolbar. This is a Premium Member feature.
Q: I want to invite some people to Savor the Success and can't find the place to do that. Where is it?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Invite Your Friends" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account". From here, you can import emails from an existing address book or you can enter emails individually. You can also click the "Get Invite Link" to copy and paste the invitation link in an outside location such as a personal email, blog or website.
Q: Can I add a Savor the Success "badge" to my blog or website? How?
Yes. To add a Savor the Success badge or banner to your blog or website, click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Promote Your Profile" in the column to the left under the heading "Savor Tools". Copy the code next to the badge of your choice and paste it in your other websites or blogs.
Q: Why should I upgrade to a Premium Membership?
There are many advantages to upgrading to a Premium Membership with Savor the Success. To learn more, visit http://www.savorthesuccess.com/premium-member or click the "Upgrade" link in the banner at the top of the Savor the Success homepage.
Q: Do you offer payment plans if I want to upgrade to a Premium Membership?
Yes. We offer a $49/month subscription. Just go to the upgrade page to become a Premium Member.
Q: How do I upload photos of my products or events or services or anything relevant to my business and post them?
Click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Photo Gallery" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account".
Q: Help - I can't remember my password!
If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Here you can enter your email address and we will email you a new randomly assigned password. Once you login with this new password, you will be able to change the password to something you can remember more easily.
Q: How do I post comments and participate in online discussions?
There are lots of ways to participate and get involved on the Savor the Success site.

Q: Can I edit comments or posts after I've made them?
Yes. In order to edit comments that you have made, simply log in to Savor the Success, find the comment that you wish to edit, and click on the comment text. Note that the text will be highlighted in yellow if you can edit it. To edit Café posts, find the post that you wish to edit and click on the "edit" link below the selected post.
Q: How do I close my account?
You can close your account with Savor the Success by sending an email to info@savorthesuccess.com with a brief explanation as to why you wish to close your account.
Q: How do I view how many people have visited my profile pages?
This feature is only available to Premium Members. To view your profile statistics, click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Profile Statistics" in the column to the left under the heading "Savor Tools".
Q: How can I contact someone at Savor the Success if I have any trouble with my account or the site?
To contact someone at Savor the Success regarding trouble with your account or the site, simply send an email to The Moderator Pup.
Q: Are my personal contact details visible to other members and visitors?
Once you become an approved member, all of your contact and profile information will be visible except for your main email address. Your main email address is your login email address and it is kept private in compliance with the Savor the Success Privacy Policy. To provide a public email address, enter it into your Profile as a secondary email address.
Q: Is my personal information and data secured?

Q: What are Notifications Settings and how do I change them?
Notifications Settings allow you to set what type of email notifications you receive from Savor the Success.
To change your Notifications Settings, click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Notifications Settings" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Your Account".
You can also individually set your notifications settings for each Café that you are a member of. Simply click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage. Once you are directed to this page, click on "Café Memberships" in the column to the left under the heading "Manage Features". Here you will also find the option to start or stop all notifications settings for all of the Cafés you are a member of.
Q: What is a Company Fact Sheet? How do I use it? Who will see it?
The Company Fact Sheet is a place where you can post anything that you want. Make an announcement, embed videos, market a promotion, get creative! This is your chance to communicate with your profile visitors. Anyone who visits your profile will be able to view these messages.
