My activities, interests, and hobbies

I am certified in Pilates, Group Fitness and Yoga. I enjoy running long distance and have run 6 marathons and 8 half-marathons. I enjoy reading, writing and spending time with my daughters. I play recreational soccer for fun, laughing often and sharing a positive outlook with others.
