Deena, I read your legal blog and found the information very useful. I know from reading this blog that you are looking at increasing business. I think the info I found on the legal blog struck a great balance. It gives the person starting out that has more time than money enough info and buzz words to do some research and steer them in a direction and gives the business owner that is in growth mode enough info and insight to hire you to help.

Deena - I was thinking about an avenue for you that you may or may not have already explored. I went to the SBDC here in Philly, which is associated with the Wharton School of Business. But every state has an SBDC and they are in most large cities. One of the classes they offer is law for entrepreneurs - it may be something that you can teach and get referral business from. Anyway - just a thought I had...
