I am the founder of two business, Ellen Palmer Wellness Studio Spoil Me Spa, a mobile spa. I work with individuals and groups to help them take control of their health, nutrition and fitness naturally and holistically. I believe that it is our gift to feel great inside and out and I thoroughly enjoy helping people get back on track to looking great and feeling their best.
