Do work is all about constructing not just a workout but an entire plan to help you succeed with a healthier lifestyle. I am a realist, and I had to learn quick that not everyone is going to train the same way or eat the same healthy foods. People are very busy these days and need something feasible with their lives. I create personalized regimes based on that individuals work, play, home lifestyle, eating habits, injuries, weak or strong spots. Since I began training I never wanted it to be about the money, to me seeing someone build confidence and get excited about what they are accomplishing is what makes me the happiest.
