Estancia Tierra Santa is a luxury green hotel and guest ranch in Carmelo, Uruguay welcoming sophisticated travelers seeking an alternative to the traditional (boring) high-end hotel experience. We are a working ranch producing our own organic grass-fed lamb and beef, honey, eggs, fruit and vegetables which we serve our guests in a beautiful, natural and relaxed setting. Our emphasis is on excellent organic food and locally produced premium wines, along with horseback riding, bird-watching, spa treatments (massage, pedicures, etc.) and simply kicking back in a private and tranquil paradise.
