My approach as a health counselor is simple; I use my passion for both education and the culinary arts to transform lives. My love of food was instilled in me at an early age. Growing up in the Tuscan countryside, I would watch as my parents produced most of our food. The variety of colors and flavors that sprung from their organic approach to dietary staples like vegetables, eggs, cheese, and even pork, was like watching an artist create a masterpiece to my young mind.
