My client work involves redefining their programs, packages, pricing, and messaging to meet strategic objectives around sales, target market, and business goals. In that work, I frequently coach business owners on consultative sales conversations with a particular focus on call control, asking questions to identify core needs, and addressing objections. In select cases, I actually conduct sales and business development activities for select clients.
