After a great career in journalism, I decided to apply my love for science and art to creating artisan chocolates and confections. St. Croix Chocolate Company opened its doors in 2010 and has earn respect, raves and awards since. We use local and organic cream, butter, honey and maple syrup, and fine chocolate from around the world. We sell at our Minnesota shop, farmer's markets, and by mail and phone order.
