In addition to being a doctor of Chinese Medicine, I am also an advanced certified coach, Reiki master and have studied functional medicine at Institute for Functional Medicine. I have a long professional history of working with women from childbirth and infertility to menopause and chronic illness. Through my own experience with autoimmune disease, I have found it is key is to address the root of a chronic problem. I am on a crusade to help women find the cause of their illness, not just band-aid symptoms with steroids, pain killers, and other pharmaceuticals. I also believe in my heart that you can prevent many diseases through this kind of approach. Using food as medicine and detoxification are cornerstones of my practice.

I also work extensively with lifestyle changes, integrating brain retraining, visualizations, affirmations, meditation, and energy work, as appropriate. This work bridges the inner and outer - a true mind/body/spirit approach to both health and beauty.

I live in NY with my husband and Bernese mountain dog, am a grateful mom to two amazing daughters and a loving stepson. I love my organic garden, taking photos is an obsession and writing feeds my soul.
