Chef Venis started working in professional kitchens, which eventually included working under Raymond Blanc of the BBC TV series, "Last Restaurant Standing". She later received her Le Cordon Bleu Certification and degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy. After graduating, she started Motley Chefs Cakes & Catering in Sunnyvale, CA. Chef Venis believes in never using imitation flavors or hydrogenated fats, she insists on using only the freshest seasonal produce, premium chocolates with pure cream and butter to create fine desserts and incredible main dishes of contemporary and classic cuisine.
