Thanks for the suggestions. I actually have been tracking who comes from Twitter through Google Analytics. But I also realize Twitter can be quite time consuming - so I have to watch that. Looking forward to figuring out more about Twitter as time goes on.

Carrie, again I am a totally newbie to twitter (and far from a convert) but that is how i would use it if i were you. and frankly, i would limit my time on it until i saw it was at the very least driving traffic to my site (you should be able to track this if you set up a spreadsheet and log when you post something on twitter (and ideally what u post) and compare it to your google stats or stat...

Yes, I agree about the annoying factor. I actually unfollowed someone because it seemed as if their Tweets were only for pushing their product.
I'm still trying to figure out if this whole Twitter thing can work for product based businesses. Your business has a "wellness" factor that is interesting to read about (healthcare, etc) but I'm not sure I can find a "hook" for a business like mine. ...

Carrie, Initially only a few followed me back. However, as I have started to participate with quality tweets and re tweets more journalists that I am following have decided to follow me back. Keep in mind that I only started using twitter actively in the past 2-3 weeks so some of the journalists may have not been around during the holiday and I may be seeing a delayed response in their starting...

As a photographer I see a lot of stationary, baby announcements, and wedding invitations. Cathe amazed me. Her designs are clean, fresh and innovative.
