The shelf-life of our products is 18-24 months so long as they are properly stored.
We recommend storing our products in a cool, dark space.
We don’t use fillers so our products are very concentrated, a little bit goes a long way! Products will last anywhere from 3-6 months?
Orders, Shipping + Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Don’t worry! If you add the discount code to your order, it will prompt our shipping team to add the gift for you while supplies last :)
Your sample can be found in the envelope with your name on it.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please take a photo right away and email to Hello@savorbeauty.com we will file a claim with UPS and work to get a replacement sent out.
Orders are typically processed with 3-5 business days
Please email us at Hello@savorbeauty.com we will start a UPS investigation right away, we find these investigations go faster when we initiate them. If the investigation shows the package has been lost or stolen we will send a replacement.

Orders must be canceled before they have shipped. Reach out to Hello@savorbeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you’d like to make to your order.
We do not accept online returns in store.
Reach out to Hello@savorbeauty.com immediately with the correct shipping address. We will do our best to update it as soon as possible. If this is not corrected before shipment we are not responsible for orders sent to the shipping address that the order was placed with.

Sometimes a little coaching on how to use your Savor Planner will help you fall in love with it. Email us any questions, and we are happy to answer.
If you don't love your planner, you may return it to us unused in good condition* with the original wrap within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund** the planner cost.
*Good condition meaning no pages or covers are used, ripped, or dirtied.
**Your planner must arrive in good condition and in its original wrapping. If it arrives unwrapped and/or damaged, you will receive a partial refund based on its condition.
